Abstract

The National Radiation and Epidemiological Registry (NRER) was formed by the Decree of the RF Government N 948 of 22.09.1993. The NRER database has accumulated medical and dosimetric information about 190.9 thousand the Chernobyl emergency accident workers (EAWs), among them 6.6 thousand females. In the present work we first tried to analyze medical and dosimetric data on cancer incidence in the female cohort of the Chernobyl EAWs with the use of regression analysis.

Key words
Women-EAWs, malignant neoplasms, incidence rate, standardized incidence ratio, relative risk.
