The Bulletin “Radiation and Risk” is a peer-reviewed scientific and practical periodical journal that covers many areas related to radiation effects on living systems. The journal publishes novel scientific papers related to the use of radiation in medicine, physics, epidemiology and biology, reviews, including scientific books reviews, as well as materials of the Russian Scientific Commission on Radiological Protection.
The founders of the Journal are National Medical Research Radiological Centre of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Scientific and Productive Company “Medinfo”.

Russian is the basic language of publications, English is the supplemental language, it is used for writing title of an article, authors’ information, key words and references.
Radiation and Risk is included in the Russian Science Citation Index, Scopus and the Higher Attestation Commission’s List of peer-reviewed scientific journals.
The journal is published in print format, with periodicity of 4 issues annually. Each issue consists 100-150 pages, it has full-text authentic electronic version, available on the sites of Russia's Scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.RU, CyberLeninka and the Bulletin Radiation and Risk.
The journal articles are widely cited in publications of the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation (UNSCEAR), the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
