Аннотация

В работе представлены основные результаты радиационно-эпидемиологического анализа данных РГМДР (к 20-летию Чернобыля). Проведен анализ динамики показателей заболеваемости раком щитовидной железы на загрязненных радионуклидами территориях, оценка текущих рисков и прогноз. Оценены заболеваемость раком щитовидной железы среди детей и подростков, жителей Брянской области, после аварии на ЧАЭС, радиационные риски заболеваемости лейкозами, неонкологическими заболеваниями среди ликвидаторов и населения загрязненных радионуклидами территорий, солидными раками среди ликвидаторов. Рассмотрен контроль качества медицинской информации при проведении радиационно-эпидемиологического анализа. В статье дан анализ дозовой зависимости смертности ликвидаторов последствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС, проведена оценка радиационных рисков онкологической заболеваемости при учёте гетерогенности фоновых повозрастных показателей.
