From Moscow airports to Obninsk

You can hire taxi from   airport of arrival to Obninsk, it will take you about two hours to arrive in Obninsk from Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo and about an hour  from Vnukovo airport.  As of today, the price    varies  from 35 Euros, from Vnukovo,   to  60 Euros,   from Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo.

Note please, that all payments in Russia should be made in Russian rubles.

From the Kievsky  station you will go to Obninsk by commuter train (electrichka),  the interval between trains is about 1 hour.   The cost of your travel will be  4- 8 Euros (depends on a type of  train), the duration – from 90 to 110 minutes. This is the easiest and cheapest option.

Aeroexpress  (https://aeroexpress.ru/en) from  Vnukovo airport will bring you directly to the Kievsky railway station for 30 minutes and 5 Euros. From the Kievsky  station you will go to Obninsk by commuter train (electrichka),  the interval between trains is about 1 hour.   The cost of your travel will be  4- 8 Euros (depends on a type of train), the duration – from 90 to 110 minutes. This is the easiest and cheapest option.

Aeroexpresses  (https://aeroexpress.ru/en) from  Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports will bring you to Beloroussky and Paveletsky railway stations respectively for 30 minutes. You can move from one railway station to another on metropolitan railway (metro), which is the quickest  way to travel in Moscow.  It is easy to get the Kievsky railway station  (metro station “Kievskaya”) from Beloroussky  (metro station Belorousskaya) and Paveletsky railway stations (metro Paveletskaya)  using the belt (Kol’tsevaya) line  (it is   5    on metro map - http://news.metro.ru/sc_lat.html).

In Obninsk you can use taxi to get your hotel, the cost is 1.5 Euros.  You can use public transport (10cents), bus  number 3: 3 stops to the TSIPK hotel and 5 stops to the Versales hotel;  shuttle vans 13, 4, 14  will bring you to  the mentioned hotels  for 5 minutes,   shuttle van number 14 or 15 will bring you to the Triumph hotel for 10 minutes and  10 cents.
