Abstractя

The present review provides a brief description of the actual tabular material published in the bulletin reflecting the state of the medical-dosimetric database of the RNMDR as of 01.12.97. As is known, the RSMDR system covers the entire territory of the Russian Federation through a network of regional centers (regional level of the RNMDR) that accumulate information of the regional (regional, republican, etc.) branches accountable to them located in each of the subjects of the Russian Federation (the regional level of the RNMDR). In the regional offices of the RSMDR, information comes from the districts of the region (rayon level of the RNMDR). In addition to the regional centers, information on the state level of the RSMDR is transferred to the so-called. departmental (ministerial) registers - the register of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the register of the Ministry of Defense, the register of the Federal Security Service (FSB), the register of the Ministry of Railways (MPS), and the Russian Ministry of the Atomic Industry Register biophysics (SSC RF - IBP). Information is provided on the structure of the contingent registered in the RNMDR by primary accounting groups (GPU), more than half (59.74%) of persons registered in the register - residing (or residing) in the contaminated over 5 Ci/km2 territories. One third (33.00%) are persons who took part in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident (liquidators). Children born from the liquidators 86-87. entry into the zone - 3.60%. The remaining primary accounting groups - evacuated and resettlement - have a share in the registry of less than 2% each (1.71% and 1.95% respectively). The distributions by age, sex, the dynamics of the coverage of various contingents of RNMDR in 1993-1996, by disability groups are given.
