Osteoalgic syndrome in clinical picture of chronic radiation sickness

Abstract

Advanced examination of patients with chronic radiation sickness with expressed osteoalgic syndrome allowed us to give detail description of clinical picture of the syndrome, to make suggestion about leading role of peripheral circulation in its development (discurculatory disorders with prevalence of atony of veins, moderate spasm of big arteries of extremities, large disorders of capillary circulation). Similar suggestion about pathogenesis of osteoalgic allowed one to recommend to use complex treatment of patients. One of the most effective remedies is pakhicrine.
