Abstract

The paper discusses implementation of the methodology to set up potential risk groups among the Rosatom personnel subject to personalized dosimetric monitoring, with due consideration of cost effectiveness of this activity. The proportion of potential radiation-induced cancers in the increased risk group is estimated to be about 10 %, the size of this group not exceeding 0.5 % of the entire personnel. Possible costs of relevant medical procedures, given potential risk groups are formed, are estimated with a view to optimize financial and economic variables.

Key words
